Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your sunglasses must meet the following criteria: 1) The request is initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery; 2) The product is unused, unaltered, and in its original condition—this includes no scratches on lenses or frames, intact original packaging, and all tags, labels, and accessories (such as microfiber cloths, cases, or warranty cards) included; 3) The product is not a customized item (e.g., prescription lenses, personalized engravings). Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective due to manufacturing errors.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product (e.g., broken frame, faulty hinges, lens imperfections, or incorrect UV protection), please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to report the issue. Defective products are eligible for a full refund, free replacement, or exchange, and we will cover the return shipping costs. To process your claim, you may be required to provide clear photos or videos of the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label. Our team will inspect the provided materials and notify you of the resolution within 3-5 business days.
Return & Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange: 1) Log into your account on our website and navigate to the "Order History" section; 2) Select the relevant order and click "Request Return/Exchange," then follow the prompts to provide details (e.g., reason for return/exchange, preferred resolution); 3) Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization email with instructions on how to package and ship the product back to us. Please clearly mark the return authorization number (provided in the email) on the outer packaging to ensure smooth processing. Note that returns sent without prior approval or a valid return authorization number may be rejected.
Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges: For non-defective products, the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the returned product, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns. For defective products or items sent due to our error (e.g., wrong product, incorrect size), we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping costs once we verify the issue. Exchanged products will be shipped to you free of charge, regardless of the reason for the exchange.
Inspection & Processing Time: Upon receiving your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify eligibility (e.g., condition, packaging, return authorization number) within 3-5 business days. If the return is approved: 1) Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank; 2) Exchanges will be shipped out within 1-3 business days of approval, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the exchange item is dispatched.
